1. Scope
These terms govern the use of digital services provided under the SYNQ Labs and SYNQ Helper brands.
2. Services
SYNQ Helper provides hosted Discord features, automation and community-management tools. The available functionality depends on the selected plan and current product version.
3. Account and Discord permissions
Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to add and configure SYNQ Helper on the relevant Discord server. Required Discord permissions must be granted for the selected modules to operate.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown during checkout. Additional information about renewal, cancellation, taxes and payment methods will be presented before a binding purchase is completed.
5. Permitted use
The services may not be used for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, malicious automation or violation of Discord rules and applicable platform policies.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued where necessary for security, maintenance or product development.
7. Suspension
Access may be restricted or suspended where there is a serious or repeated violation of these terms, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use.
8. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is legally excluded.
